How it Started

You may be wondering how on earth we ended up where we are today. Let me

tell you! So, if you know me at all you know I have always wanted a farm and to

'Live off the land'. No matter how much I tried I never was able to make it happen.

But in early 2024 Will told me to start looking for land! O boy was I excited!! You

guys, with 2 months we sold our house and moved to the little bitty town of

Granite, Ok. At first, we did a rent to own for 22 acres of raw land and let me tell

you that was not for me. lol We struggled a lot as a family trying to decide what

we wanted to do. In July of 2024 we found a small farm that had 130 acres, and I fell

in love. We started the process to purchase the farm. We found out in November

that it was ours! We moved in on Christmas Day and haven't stopped sense. The

next could month we poured into this farm. We purchased 100+ goats, planted an

orchard and started our 3-acre garden. We have defiantly been blessed and I can't

wait to see what comes next!
